Jacqueline Poole from United Healthcare advised attendees to verify that their insurance does not need re-certification. “It’s crucial to keep information updated with the Division of Medicaid. This way, when letters arrive from United Healthcare, people can ensure their benefits are renewed,” Poole explained. She also mentioned various benefits and incentives, such as breast cancer screenings and diabetic exams. “We offer incentive awards and gift cards for completing these screenings,” Poole added.
