Chicago Fire FC and Endeavor Health have announced an expanded, multiyear partnership. Endeavor Health will become the naming rights partner for the Fire’s new $100 million training facility. This partnership aims to create a top-level sports performance environment to support all levels of Chicago Fire soccer, from youth camps to the First Team. The new Endeavor Health Performance Center is set to open in January 2025 and will serve as a premier athletic training hub and community engagement destination.
Situated in the Roosevelt Square neighborhood on Chicago’s Near West Side, the Endeavor Health Performance Center will be a state-of-the-art facility designed to attract and train top talent. It will feature five turf and grass fields, advanced performance spaces, hydro pools, and areas for the sports medicine team to monitor players’ health, performance, and recovery. This integration ensures that Chicago Fire players receive top-notch medical and orthopedic care.
Both Chicago Fire II and the Chicago Fire Academy will also train at the new facility. With Endeavor Health’s support, they will benefit from advanced sports performance training, aiding their progression through the professional ranks.
“Endeavor Health has been an incredible partner to our Club, and we couldn’t be more excited to further our relationship and have our new state-of-the-art facility bear their name,” said Dave Baldwin, President of Business Operations for Chicago Fire FC. “The Endeavor Health Performance Center will be the preeminent facility in Major League Soccer. With Endeavor Health by our side, we’ll attract and train top talent with the highest performance standards, while also providing much-needed resources to our new neighbors on the Near West Side.”
Dr. Jason Koh, Chief Physician Executive at Endeavor Health Orthopaedic and Spine Institute and Chief Medical Officer for Chicago Fire FC, added, “We are looking forward to extending our partnership with Chicago Fire to provide excellent medical and orthopedic care to the team at a facility that will fully support these efforts. The Endeavor Health Performance Center will enhance the care we provide to Fire team members with the best training and treatment facilities while supporting every level of Fire soccer from youth camps to the pros.”
The Endeavor Health Performance Center will also benefit the local community by offering employment opportunities, resources for minority and women-owned businesses, free sports programming for local youth, and community recreational spaces.
Endeavor Health is also the title sponsor of the Fire Pitch, Chicago’s premier indoor/outdoor community soccer facility, which serves over 300,000 visitors annually. This facility provides programming opportunities for youth and adult players of all skill levels. The partnership allows Endeavor Health to promote its services to a large soccer fanbase and participate in various Chicago Fire youth programs and summer camps.
The Fire and Endeavor Health first partnered in 2023, with Endeavor Health becoming the Official Health System, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Provider for Chicago Fire FC. Dr. Jason Koh, Director of the nationally ranked Endeavor Health Orthopedic & Spine Institute (EHOSI), serves as the Fire’s Chief Medical Officer and Head Team Orthopedic Surgeon. Endeavor Health physicians provide medical care for the First and Second teams during home matches at Soldier Field and Seat Geek Stadium.
