Apple has announced that its new watchOS 11 software for the Apple Watch will feature a Vitals app, which consolidates key health metrics.
The Vitals app will monitor heart rate, wrist temperature, and sleep patterns, providing alerts when any metrics appear abnormal.
Additionally, the cycle tracking app will introduce new features for pregnancy, such as monitoring heart rates during pregnancy.
The new operating system will also include a training mode designed to measure workout intensity.
Furthermore, Apple is bringing its live activities feature from the iPhone to the Apple Watch. This will allow apps to provide temporary pop-ups for updates on sports scores or deliveries.
