by Kaia

A new chapter for Andy’s Man Club (AMC) has begun in Denton, with the official opening of its latest branch on Monday, January 13. The group aims to provide vital support for men facing life’s challenges, expanding its efforts in the Tameside area to ensure no man feels isolated.

The Denton branch is being led by Oggie Ogden, a long-time AMC member with firsthand experience of the club’s life-changing impact. Ogden, a community worker in Tameside, shared his personal journey, stating, “In 2023, I lost my way and didn’t feel like myself. AMC helped me rediscover who I was. By mid-2023, I became a facilitator to help others, just as I was supported during my toughest times.”

AMC continues to advocate its core message: “It’s Okay to Talk,” creating a stigma-free environment where men are encouraged to share their experiences and seek support.
