But tracking daily calorie intake can be challenging, and many high-calorie sources are easily overlooked.”

Condiments such as ketchup and mayonnaise are widely used in the UK. Yet, they often contain high levels of sugars and fats. For instance, mayonnaise has 94 calories per tablespoon, while salad cream contains 50 calories. Ketchup adds 19 calories per tablespoon, Caesar salad dressing adds 85 calories, and ranch dressing contributes 73 calories.
