This vibrant event invites attendees to explore a variety of fresh, locally sourced products while promoting wellness through diverse culinary experiences.
The festival, themed “Taste of Wellness: Healthy Eating for a Longer Life,” opened with an engaging ceremony featuring Dr. Patcharin Kengkaj, Assistant Director of the Royal Project Foundation, and Mayuri Chaiyapromprasit, Executive Director of Siam Paragon Shopping Center. A highlight of the event was a live cooking demonstration by Chef R-Theeraphat Tiyasuntaranon, winner of The Next Iron Chef Season 2.
Visitors to the festival are treated to a multi-sensory experience. The venue has been transformed into a vibrant garden, showcasing colorful fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Curated by esteemed chefs like Chef Bill-Phutaecho Kanchanakittikul, Chef Kaew-Paweenuch Yodprechavigit, and Chef Tien-Tienchai Perapongsaton, exclusive menus feature ingredients sourced directly from the Royal Project. Guests can also enjoy aromatic flowers and products from PAWIS, while listening to soothing sounds of nature and live music.
The event offers a diverse range of Royal Project products, including superfoods such as quinoa, brown rice, azuki beans, and cold-pressed oils like black sesame and flaxseed. Additionally, rare herbal teas, winter fruits, and flowers such as roses, chrysanthemums, and potted herbs are available. Visitors can also explore handicrafts from local tribal communities and charitable foundations like the Chaipattana Foundation and Mae Fah Luang Foundation.
To encourage participation, customers who spend 1,500 baht or more can redeem a limited-edition cloth bag designed by artist Ping Hatta. For those spending 2,000 baht at participating stores, a complimentary Premium Afternoon Tea set featuring Royal Project ingredients awaits (limited to 100 sets daily).
